Long-time friend and mentor Dr. Sue Morter
Linda Croyle is a consultant, public speaker, and trainer with over 30 years of professional experience in values-based organizational management and development. She specializes in the topics of transformational communication, change management, team development, diversity/inclusion/implicit bias, employee recruitment/hiring/training/evaluation, and workplace wellness.
With her Master's Degree in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University and her Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education from St. Lawrence University, as well as her 16 years of study of the brain science of the mind-body connection, Linda is well equipped to take you and/or your organization to the next level. She will help you become healthier and more effective in your job and in your life by uncovering the processes and belief systems that are detracting from your individual impact and group experience. She uses proven techniques that interrupt patterns that no longer serve and replaces them with beliefs and systems that enhance, empower and transform.
She is known for bringing out the best in people by using dynamic interpersonal and communication skills and for establishing productive, engaging group environments that foster collaboration, innovation and fun.
She is a highly sought after keynote speaker and workshop facilitator delivering keynotes and programs for organizations including the Baltimore chapter of Healthcare for the Homeless, The Western Association of College and University Housing Officers, the OLad! Women's Leadership Conference, the University of Missouri's Chancellor's Excellence Program, UCSB Professional Women's Association, and Cal State San Bernardino's Admin and Finance staff.
Linda is also the founder of Everything Healed, a holistic health care organization where she leads workshops and one-on-one sessions on the mind-body connection and workplace wellness.
Linda has served as a senior administrator at UC Santa Barbara and UCLA, and taught high school psychology and physical education. She serves as adjunct faculty and chair/coordinator of the Career Skills Institute for Santa Barbara City College's School of Extended Learning. Her duties include consulting, curriculum development, teaching a wide range of professional skills to the greater Santa Barbara community and the Santa Barbara County Jail, and developing unique programs and commissioned trainings for groups, teams and organizations.
She is a former founding partner of The Dialogue Consultants, a diversity and inclusion consulting group. She currently serves as faculty for Just Communities' Institute for Educational Equity, a week-long training for public school educators focused on inclusive environments skill building.
