Linda Croyle educates and inspires as she shares transformational communication practices and brain science applications that promote team and personal development, improve diversity and equity outcomes, and foster workplace and individual wellness.
She has over 30 years of experience in values-based organizational management and development. She is a two-time LinkedIn Learning author, offering the full-length video courses: "Leadership Through Feedback" and her most recent "Diversity Across Generations; Supporting Workplace Inclusion".
With a Master's Degree in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University and a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education from St. Lawrence University, and her 20 years as natural healthcare practitioner focused on brain science, Linda is especially well versed in the connectedness between our thoughts, beliefs, and habits and how they impact our everyday interactions and ultimately direct our lives.
Linda is a highly regarded keynote speaker and workshop facilitator delivering keynotes and programs for organizations including the California Women's Legislative Caucus, the Baltimore Chapter of Healthcare for the Homeless, The Western Association of College and University Housing Officers, the OLad! Women's Leadership Conference, the University of Missouri's Chancellor's Excellence Program, UCSB Professional Women's Association, and Cal State San Bernardino's Admin and Finance staff.
She is known for bringing out the best in people. With her dynamic and participatory presenting style, she establishes productive and engaging group environments that foster collaboration, innovation, and fun. She is often invited back to speak multiple times with the same organizations.
Linda is honored to be one of the first training associates of Dr. Britt Andreatta, an internationally recognized thought leader in leadership and learning. Additionally, she is a Senior Consultant with Equity Praxis Group, a consulting practice using organizational theory and cutting-edge diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice practices to transform organizations and communities.

Linda has served as a senior administrator at UC Santa Barbara and UCLA, and taught high school psychology and physical education. She serves as adjunct faculty and chair/coordinator of the Career Skills Institute for Santa Barbara City College's School of Extended Learning. Her duties include consulting, curriculum development, teaching a wide range of professional skills to the greater Santa Barbara community and the Santa Barbara County Jail, and developing commissioned trainings for groups, teams and organizations.
Linda is also the founder of Everything Healed, a natural and holistic health care organization where she leads workshops and one-on-one sessions on the mind-body connection and workplace wellness.
She is a former founding partner of The Dialogue Consultants, a diversity and inclusion consulting group. She is currently an associate with Equity Praxis Institute and she has served as faculty for Just Communities' Institute for Educational Equity, a week-long training for public school educators focused on training public school educators on critical skills for building inclusive environments.
